Not Guilty Verdict Due to Damaged Credibility of Victim

B.M. was charged with First Degree Assault by firing a shotgun at the genital area of the alleged victim.

Attorney Brown and his investigator discovered that the victim was lying about his identity and background. This was used on cross-examination to expose him as a liar.

His credibility was so damaged that in spite of the shooting happening in broad daylight in the middle of the street with other witnesses in the area, he was found Not Guilty.
