  • What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 24/7 emergency service available.

  • What languages does your staff speak?

Our staff speaks English and Spanish.

  • What sets your law firm apart from others?

We are a small, family-run law office. Our associates really want to do the best they can for clients as though they were their own family. We understand that anyone’s brother can be in the wrong place at the wrong time!

  • Can you beat this case?

I am dedicated to getting you the best possible result and I am not afraid to take a case to trial.  Every case is fact-specific and trials can be unpredictable.  Sometimes, witnesses do not show up, or they do and change their story.  You need an experienced and effective lawyer to take advantage of that when it happens.

  • Can you get my case dismissed?

I have gotten many cases dismissed both before trial and during a trial.  All cases are different and those dismissals depended on several factors. The most important factor is having an experienced lawyer who the prosecution knows is not afraid to take a case to trial.

  • Do you handle sexual assault cases?

Yes, I have taken a number of sex crime-related cases to trial in the last 30 years.  I have obtained 'not guilty' results in Military, Federal and State Courts around the country.  I have represented people falsely accused of sex crimes against adults and children.  These include late reporting, child abuse, date rape, spousal rape and all other kinds of accusations.  I have tried and won not only rape cases, but also voyeurism, child pornography cases, interstate travel cases, coercion by superiors or others, and those alleging attacks by strangers.

  • Do you handle fraud cases?

Yes, I have handled a number of complex fraud-related matters in Federal and State Courts where I have obtained acquittals and lesser-included verdicts that helped my clients avoid jail time.  My experience includes Medicaid fraud, insurance fraud, mortgage fraud, financial crimes, Internet fraud, identity theft, Visa and other government document fraud, USDA Farm Program fraud, LHWCA fraud, and violations of U.S. regulations that are criminal offenses.

  • Do you handle drug cases?

Yes, I have handled thousands of misdemeanor and felony drug cases in Federal, Military and State Courts.

  • Do you do federal cases?

Yes, I have been doing federal criminal trials and appeals since 1996 and have tried hundreds of federal criminal cases.  They range from misdemeanor offense at National Parks, military installations, and other federal property to federal death penalty murder cases.

  • Are you a federal lawyer?

Yes, I am admitted and handled cases to completion in federal courts in 6 states, four Courts of Appeal, and am certified as learned counsel for death penalty representation in several states and federal court.  I have also won several cases on Appeal and represent persons in 2255 and 2254 post-conviction matters.

  • Can you get me a good deal?

I believe so, but a good deal is in the eye of the beholder.  I will work tirelessly to get you what you consider a good deal.

  • Do you win cases?

Yes, I have successfully tried hundreds of cases to 'not guilty verdicts' or a more favorable result than could have occurred without the trial.

  • How many cases have you tried?

Over 250 jury trials and counting.
