Vanessa is a Connecticut native who earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies at the University of Connecticut. After graduation, she went on to work at a transitional Halfway House for women, which sparked her interest in the criminal justice system. Vanessa graduated from Elisabeth Haub School of Law in White Plains New York, where she interned with the Legal Aid Society’s Homicide Unit in their Brooklyn Office.
Vanessa returned home to Connecticut and then interned with the Federal Public Defender’s Office. Vanessa was recently admitted to the Connecticut bar, but has a passion for protecting the rights, dignity, and future of every client this firm will represent.
