What Is Reckless Endangerment?

The Classifications of Reckless Endangerment in CT

There are four classifications of reckless endangerment in Connecticut:

A Class C Felony is punishable by a term of imprisonment of one to ten years and/or a fine of up to $10,000

A Class D Felony is punishable by a term of imprisonment of one to five years and/or a fine of up to $5,000.

A Class A Misdemeanor carries a potential sentence of up to one year in jail and/or a fine of up to $2,000.

A Class B Misdemeanor is punishable by a term of imprisonment of not more than six months and/or a fine of not more than $1,000.
