Celia joined the Law Offices of Pat Brown in January 2022, where she provides support for the firm’s post-conviction matters, including appeals and habeas corpus petitions, as well as pending criminal matters. While new to the legal field, Celia has gained valuable insight into the criminal justice system and continually works to broaden her understanding of its evolving complexities.
